Laid Back

I loved how the sketch came out, which was why I wanted to do it in photoshop. I don't know what happened, but the colored version just looks different. It's the face I guess.
This one was one of the first ones that I used the burn/dodge tools to do the shading. I also started experimenting with using colored lineart too. Example would be the lines of the hair. Before I'd just use black for any and all lines regardless. But here, I used black only for the white areas and the skin. If you're wondering why I used black for the skin as well, it's because in my opinion it looks better than using a dark tan or something. Its hard to see the outlines of the face without the sharp black lines to contrast the skin tones.
I actually put a date on this one for when I finished it. I intended to do that with all of them, but most of the time I forget.
